Starting time options:

6.00 a.m. Saturday
or
3.00 p.m. Saturday (approximately)

Finishing time:1.30 p.m. Sunday

After a birding excursion on Saturday morning, the group will return to Deniliquin at around 1.00 p.m. and depart again around 3.00 p.m. Participants should pack something to eat for the evening excursion.

The starting time on Sunday morning will depend on how late we are out on Saturday night.

Suggested Accommodation: The Peppin Motor Inn, tel 03 58 812722. A twin/double room is approximately $73 AUD and a single $68 AUD. The Riverside Caravan / Cabin Park is a good place to stay if you wish to self-cater. Information on their website. www.deniliquinriversidecaravanpark.com.au/

Costs for PW Weekend: $250 AUD if starting at 6.00 a.m. or $230 AUD if starting at 3.00 p.m.

Deposit when booking: $50 AUD. Balance prior to the Plains-wanderer Weekend

What you will need to bring: food, binoculars, telescope if you have one, insect repellent, sunscreen, hat and water bottle

Group size: Maximum 10 participants, preferred size is 8.
